Can I exchange my item?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

For damaged or defective items, kindly share clear photos of the product so we can process your request.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 7 days.

  • The item has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.

  • The product has been altered or tampered with.

Sale items can only be exchanged for the same product, subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or cash-back on purchased items.

How do I exchange my item?

Send the product to our warehouse using any courier service of your choice. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.

A Rs. 200 delivery charge will apply for sending the exchanged item back to you.
