Where can I receive my order?

We deliver to your home, workplace, or any valid residential/commercial address within Pakistan.

How long will delivery take?

• Days: 5–7 working days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery may take slightly longer during peak seasons.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

What are the shipping charges?

• Rs.150 flat shipping fee on orders below Rs. 3,000

• Free shipping on the purchases of 2 dresses or more.

Which courier service will deliver my order?

We ship through trusted courier partners. The courier company and tracking details will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.

What if I'm unavailable at the time of delivery?

The courier will contact you and make up to two delivery attempts. If the order is not received after these attempts, it will be returned to us.
